1. Terms of Service (/terms)

Participants must be at least 18 years of age. All participation on Votaclash is pseudonymous. Platform voting credits (CC) and experience points (XP) have no monetary value and do not constitute financial instruments. Sybil attacks, bot-driven manipulation, and hate speech are strictly prohibited.

2. Privacy Policy (/privacy)

Votaclash maintains a strict zero-tracking ethos. Google OAuth data (email, display name, Google ID) is used solely for user authentication and session management. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. Votaclash's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. 3. Community Guidelines (/guidelines)

Debate integrity is governed by automated anti-toxicity filtering. Harassment, doxxing, automated voting networks, and synthetic ballot stuffed clashes will result in immediate disqualification.
